Since its relaunch in December 2010, the Hallensteins’ site has seen increases in traffic, conversions, average sales and transaction numbers.
The upgraded Hallensteins’ site is integrated with Management 2000 to handle customers, products, orders, gift cards and dispatch functions. Blackpepper worked closely with Hallensteins on the site’s new functionality, and we regularly tweak different areas of the site to improve performance. A mobile version of Hallensteins.com launched in August 2011 and it too has seen massive growth.
